i loved someone who i knew was gay

i dated someone for 4 years and knew from the start he was gay and wished he was a woman. before we dated he identified as transgender and had also been sleeping around with a lot of men. he then completely switched up and said it was a phase and he’s not a woman and doesn’t actually like men ?
i loved him and wanted the love he said he had for me to be true. i could never trust him which made me do stupid things. when i would ask questions i was shut down immediately. why i stayed for 4 years don’t know.
i feel disgusted with the things we had done together. things i never wanted to do, but did it anyways to make him happy. i don’t know why i didnt try harder to express how uncomfortable things made me. my first partnership has been soiled by a closeted man.
i never felt feminine with him, i never felt pretty and safe. i always felt like i was the man in the relationship and it genuinely ruined my self esteem. i felt like it was my fault that he was so disconnected with the feelings of our relationship, so detached all the time but it was never about me it was just him. he never felt present, ever.

(Possibly) Stupid Question about Windows Update Settings

I am on the help desk at a company with a fleet of entirely Dell Latitudes of different models. One of our models, the 5410, has started auto-installing an incompatible Realtek High Definition Audio Driver via Windows Update, so we need to backdate them to the previous version manually or the sound device doesn't work. Obviously, this is not a workable solution, since the computers will just update to the newer (incompatible) version again via Windows Update.
I brought this up to our sysadmin who told me that we could only disable Windows Update driver updates globally, and I have been having trouble trying to find a workaround. I would ask him to help me, but he is very lazy and refuses to do any work or troubleshooting unless he absolutely has to, so I am wondering if any of you have seen anything similar before. I would appreciate any help!

Throwaway because while she knows my account she doesn't go on this sub.
Me and my friend are both girls in college and have known each other since we were toddlers. At the end of her junior year of highschool she got a boyfriend and her personality has completely soured and changed since she met this guy.
She barely hangs out with me or talks to me for real. The only communication we have is talking once or twice every few months, and her sending me TikTok videos (this is relevant).
Everything he likes she's now a big fan of. She posts/reposts constantly about being a long time fan of certain singers, books, movies, but I've never heard her talk about these before. Some of the things she's claiming to be a "long time big fan of" she was saying she hated just weeks before meeting this guy. She was never a big musical fan, but now suddenly she's a big Broadway fan girl after meeting him because he is. She picked a college major based on his interests and went to the same college that he was going to. She was always clear she wanted kids, but now since meeting him she hates kids and doesn't want any. Her boyfriend was the one who started making reposts about that and a few days later
