CMV: The US has a moral imperative to try to take Greenland so that Europe *finally* unites militarily and the US can fu

I know this sounds like MAGA brain poisoning. Hear me out.
**The core claim:** The US needs to pivot to Asia to deter China. Europe needs to take responsibility for its own defense. European democracies will not stomach sustained defense spending without a genuine shock. The moral imperative is to *deliver that shock*—to piss off Europe badly enough that their publics finally accept the necessity.
The goal isn't necessarily to acquire Greenland. The goal is to force European strategic autonomy. If Europe gets its act together in time to stop us, that *also works*. It would mean Europe has finally developed the will and capacity to act.
**Biden diagnosed this problem thirty years ago.**
Senator Biden, December 13, 1995, on the Senate floor during the Bosnia debate:
>Europe Has No Moral Center! -- [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Wdn8elgBRM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Wdn8elgBRM)
He argued that unless America intervened in Bosnia, war would spread across Europe in the next decade. He noted that 25 million Russians lived outside Russia's borders. He warned that the collapse of the Soviet empire had uncovered "all of the ethnic hatreds, all of the ethnic fighting, all of the atr

CMV: People should stop using the argument that Native Americans should be referred to as members of their tribe instead

A lot of the time, when the argument comes up over what to call people who are descendants of the people who lived in the Americas (and generally who were in the US) before Columbus arrived (I will be referring to these people as Native Americans for simplicity), some people will say that those people should be and prefer to be referred to as members of their tribe. You shouldn't call them Native Americans, or Indigenous Americans, or anything else; you should call them the Navajo people or the Choctaw people.
But I feel this argument is senseless. Native Americans are each part of their own tribal nation, yes. But that doesn't mean using a word to collectively refer to them isn't useful, and that's why people are asking/debating over a term in the first place. Even if a term that fit that criteria would be referring to a highly diverse group of people, we already have and use terms like that for other groups of people. For example, people often use the words "European" and "Asian", even though, like "Native American" and other terms for those people, those words refer to people from many different nations and many different cultures, religions, languages, and ethnicities. would it REALLY be so bad if i wasn’t here anymore?

okay bare with me here. i’ve dealt with feeling depressed for most of my life, honestly from when i hit puberty which unfortunately for me was in my preteens. i’ve thought about ending my life for that long too and it got to a point where ive just picked an age where i’m gonna do it. partly due to bullying and honestly just my natural disposition im a very insular person. i don’t have a wide circle of friends, i keep my feelings to myself and take on a supportive role in any friendships i do have. im somewhat close to my family but any sort of conversation about feelings is quickly dismissed so ive given up on talking to them about how i feel.
despite feeling so low i’ve managed to achieve most of my life goals, did well at sport and well at studies to the point where i’m ticking off my last hurdle which is a phd. these are all things my parents wanted me to achieve so once i’ve finished my phd why can’t i just.. go? i’m so tired of never feeling accomplished, of the constant hollow feeling in my chest and the urge has been so bad lately as i’ve been under a lot of stress.
i don’t have many people in my life so there’s not a lot of people will miss me anyway, plus it’s one less per

How much of the world history events/facts do you think is hidden from us?

What if Charlie Kirk is actually still alive or MJ is still alive or whoever we think is "dead" is still alive or died long before and the person who is dead is just an imposter, I really don't know anymore because everything in society is contradictory, some people still think the Moon landing is real, 9/11 was done by a Al queda or that Democracy still exists or one of the biggest ones COVID was legit and that the only way to stay safe was to stay indoors, wear a mask and get the poison.. I mean "vaccine" and then we were meant to believe all these celebrities got it too so we should,I Never get got the poison though. There's certain people that I respect like George Carlin (rip) David icke, philosophers like Alan watts(RIP), Carl Jung(RIP) , Donald trump (I'm just kidding I don't respect that piece of shit) who I think knew/know too much but they're either smart enough to not tell everyone everything so or even if they did they don't have a large enough following to threaten the elitists, but I definitely think that most historical events have been tampered with by the Jews , like WW2 and Adolf Hitler, the Jews as a whole are evil and I'm not saying this as a fact but I think Hi
