How do I become less biased towards white guys?
I am a 17 and a black person who goes to an all white school, and I am really starting to be biased towards white guys. I guess to some extent it is my sickness of personalities like Musk, Walsh, Loomer, Fuente, etc, who are spreading vile, extreme racism against black people and especially black women. For some reason, they are mainly supported by a certain demographic.
I really find the extreme racism that is now normalized to be very unjust to the point where it might be affecting me emotionally. For a short while, it has almost made me insecure about my own race/gender. Even now, I always feel like racism is normalized to the point where I feel anxious about the idea that people are judging me because of my race. As someone very much into subjects of STEM like philosophy, astronomy, math, music, and other academic endeavors, it seems especially worse, being that black people are really stereotyped to suck at these things.
And as much as I would hate to admit it, I dislike the idea of people's unjustified bias affecting what I can achieve and do. I guess on the bright side, this always makes me much more likely to exert myself academically or EC-wise to be successful, since I

All emails we send to Gmail are rejected as spam despite full compliance
This one is an ongoing issue for the past month. Essentially all emails sent to Gmail from our domain which is hosted on Microsoft 365 are being rejected with the error "*550 5.7.350 Remote server returned message detected as spam -> 550 5.7.1 \[2a01:111:f403:c40e::1 19\] Gmail has detected that this message;is likely suspicious due to the very low reputation of the sending;domain."* despite our domain's reputation showing as "High" in the old Postmaster Tools.
In the new Postmaster Tools the reason for rejection is shown as either "Email content is possibly spammy" or "Suspected spam", though test emails with simple text in their subject and body are also rejected.
The new Postmaster tools show full compliance in the "Compliance status" section and our DMARC reporting shows that Google's server accepts our email with full passes.
Logging a delivery report through the new Postmaster Tools gets the report closed within an hour with the reason given as "More traffic needed".
Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can get this resolved?
Just a random thing but my friends are thinking I'm some sort of fae
All right so let's get the reason why they think I'm fae. (for the people that don't know what that is it's basically a umbrella term for any mythical creature werewolf vampires fairies gnomes Pixies so on and so forth) So my friend let's call him Jim Bob got into some really nice "herbal remedies" and called me up at 2:00 in the morning. Going on and on about how I have to be some sort of fae. Mostly because don't like salt I'm allergic to Silver I have an iron deficiency. Then you get the real problem. If I was what kind would I be? my personality could be very many of different things. I love gardening but I also like moonlit walks. I like swimming but I hate having my head underneath water. I like to keep my house clean and organized but I have a hard time doing it. I mischievous but I hate lying. not that I can't lie I just don't like to do it. so dear Reddit folks do you have any ideas of what creature I may be.
