Closest thing to a realistic AI presenter without filming a real person?

I am trying to create presenter style videos without filming someone on camera. Not cartoon avatars and not over stylized characters.
For people who have tested multiple AI avatars, which ones came closest to realistic motion and voice sync? And what limitations still feel impossible to avoid?

I know this sounds like MAGA brain poisoning. Hear me out.
**The core claim:** The US needs to pivot to Asia to deter China. Europe needs to take responsibility for its own defense. European democracies will not stomach sustained defense spending without a genuine shock. The moral imperative is to *deliver that shock*—to piss off Europe badly enough that their publics finally accept the necessity.
The goal isn't necessarily to acquire Greenland. The goal is to force European strategic autonomy. If Europe gets its act together in time to stop us, that *also works*. It would mean Europe has finally developed the will and capacity to act.

I'm going to have nothing to share about and it hurts

My ex and I are currently doing 30 days of no contact for all of January, and revisiting getting back together after that. He's got a crazy job, lots of friends who do fun things, and he sometimes travels for work too.
I've got a boring job, nobody to do anything with, school, and therapy.
I just feel like when February hits he'll have so many fun stories to share, and I won't have a damn thing. I know the things I'm doing are important in the long run, but it's just really rough knowing that I won't even be able to say I hung out with anyone, despite trying to make friends. Work is the closest thing I have to a social outing.
It's embarrassing. It's lonely. And today it just felt heavier than normal.
