CMV: I disagree with the characterization of chipolte and similar restaurants as "slop bowls"

1. The food in these restaurants is typically healthy, or at least more healthy than comparable fast food
2. The food is usually made from quality, whole ingredients. Rather than preserved ingredients, emulsified ingredients, or heavily processed ingredients
3. When we look at these restaurants, we should compare them to similar fast food chains. They should not be compared to higher tier dining, nor home cooking
4. When compared to similar restaurants, we see that restaurants like chipolte or cava typically serve food of better quality, which should mean that they are not 'slop' for their category

How are we sprinkling water on naans?
Had homemade curry last night with some supermarket naans. The instructions always say lightly sprinkle them with water and I never quite know what to do. Sometimes I get a bit of water on my finger tips and shake them at the naans and sometimes I use a pastry brush. Is there some correct way of doing this I don’t know or do we all have our own methods?
How would you feel about a longer winter break for school kids instead of summer break?
I was wondering if it is better to have school end for winter break instead of a summer one. That would allow people to take holidays when they need sun break. Also kids would avoid school during the hardest weather. Summers would become more lovely and more businesses would thrive due to local travel etc.
So something like first week of December to early January
