How to let go of unrequited feelings?
I had a coworker who I developed feelings for overtime. She's super attractive, has a warm personality and we had a lot in common. We were messaging each other over the last summer, but eventually it stopped. Long story short, her boyfriend didn't want her texting me any longer which I respected when she told me, but sometime after she began acting distant in person. I wasn't working with her for a couple months, until last week when I had a few shifts with her and we reconnected. Those feelings came rushing back, even though I know it's not realistic. I also made the mistake of reaching out to her over text only to be left on read after a few messages.
I can't get her out of my head. I always keep comparing other people to her. I really need some advice here to move on.

there’s a gap between the message and the outcome That part stands out. Feels like there’s more coming here. That’s the impression it gives me.

the way this is presented changes how it lands which is why the comments look the way they do That’s the key detail here. Let’s see what happens next.
Not gonna lie, the direction makes sense but the details are messy so the response doesn’t surprise me That part stands out. Hard to say where this lands long term.
From where I sit, this depends heavily on what happens next which is why this is getting picked apart This probably isn’t the last word on it. That’s just my read on it.
the intention might be solid, the rollout less so That’s what makes this interesting. Interested to see the follow-up.
Not gonna lie, the direction makes sense but the details are messy and that tension shows up immediately We’ll see how people react over time.
From where I sit, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage which explains why reactions are split At least from my perspective.
this depends heavily on what happens next which turns this into more of a debate That’s the key detail here. Hard to say where this lands long term.
I get the idea, the follow-through is what will decide this and that’s where the disagreement starts This could age very differently in a week. That’s just my read on it.
Not gonna lie, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that’s what people are responding to At least from my perspective.
Reaction: If I were them, Id hurry up.
Without overthinking it, this comes across more reactive than planned and that’s where people will push back This could age very differently in a week.
this feels more about execution than intent and that’s why this won’t land the same for everyone That part stands out. Interested to see the follow-up.
this solves one problem while creating another and that’s the part people are stuck on Not convinced this is settled yet.
Real talk, the direction makes sense but the details are messy and that’s where people will push back That’s what changes the context. That’s just how it reads to me.
Not gonna lie, this feels rushed rather than thought through and that’s why this won’t land the same for everyone We’ll see how people react over time.
Real talk, the logic is there, but the execution is uneven which explains why reactions are split Feels like an opening move, not an ending.
Bluntly speaking, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so That’s just how it reads to me.
If you zoom out, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that’s why opinions are all over the place That’s what makes this interesting.

this feels like a half-step, not a full move and that’s the part people are stuck on
