How do I become less biased towards white guys?
I am a 17 and a black person who goes to an all white school, and I am really starting to be biased towards white guys. I guess to some extent it is my sickness of personalities like Musk, Walsh, Loomer, Fuente, etc, who are spreading vile, extreme racism against black people and especially black women. For some reason, they are mainly supported by a certain demographic.
I really find the extreme racism that is now normalized to be very unjust to the point where it might be affecting me emotionally. For a short while, it has almost made me insecure about my own race/gender. Even now, I always feel like racism is normalized to the point where I feel anxious about the idea that people are judging me because of my race. As someone very much into subjects of STEM like philosophy, astronomy, math, music, and other academic endeavors, it seems especially worse, being that black people are really stereotyped to suck at these things.
And as much as I would hate to admit it, I dislike the idea of people's unjustified bias affecting what I can achieve and do. I guess on the bright side, this always makes me much more likely to exert myself academically or EC-wise to be successful, since I
