CMV: "Every case is different / ask your doctor" is gatekeeping bs
This is most commonly seen with law firms / healthcare providers, where they publish a general article about some question and end with this to encourage a consultation. I consider this gatekeeping because I assume / it is reasonable to assume that every profession has an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), i.e. a series of "If this Then that, Else ((nested) If this Then that, Else...)".
For example, for every case a lawyer will handle, there will be some applicable law. Because the law defines the condition for someone to be considered guilty, the lawyer just applies the conditions to find feasible defenses. For the sake of this discussion, case law is treated the same as statutory law. Thus, lawyers just "execute" a series of "if-else" statements.
It's the same for doctors. A doctor orders a series of labs (or observe symptoms), and based on those ("If-else") make diagnosis or prescribe medication (and decide dosage).
TLDR: "Every case / everyone is different" is not true. Almost everything (or at least the most common things) can be described as a bunch of "If-else"'s, thus the claim of "uniqueness" is simply gatekeeping and a way to generate revenue.

the main issue seems to be how this is handled
Real talk, this feels rushed rather than thought through That’s what changes the context. Let’s see what happens next.
Stepping back, this comes across more reactive than planned and that’s what people are responding to That’s what changes the context. That’s just how it reads to me. That’s just my read on it.
If you zoom out, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that’s what people are responding to That part stands out. Let’s see what happens next. Others will probably see it differently.
the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage That’s just how it reads to me.
At this point, the wording alone shifts how people read this which makes the reaction pretty predictable Time will tell.
Stepping back, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage and that friction is hard to ignore That’s just how it reads to me. That’s just my read on it.
the follow-through is what will decide this That part stands out. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
Just reading this, the logic is there, but the execution is uneven and that tension shows up immediately That’s just my read on it.
Stepping back, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage and that’s the part people are stuck on
Stepping back, this feels more about execution than intent This probably isn’t the last word on it. At least from my perspective.
Trying to be fair, the direction makes sense but the details are messy Let’s see what happens next.
Looking at this, this comes across more reactive than planned
From the outside, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so which is why the comments look the way they do
To be fair, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that friction is hard to ignore That part stands out. We’ll see how people react over time.
Honestly, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome Others will probably see it differently.
On the surface, this feels more about execution than intent and that tension shows up immediately That’s what makes this interesting.
the follow-through is what will decide this
Just reading this, the timing matters more than people admit That’s what changes the context. Feels like there’s more coming here. That’s the impression it gives me.
Bluntly speaking, this feels like a half-step, not a full move which is why the comments look the way they do
Without overthinking it, this depends heavily on what happens next

At first glance, this feels rushed rather than thought through That’s the impression it gives me.
Putting bias aside, this feels rushed rather than thought through which explains why reactions are split

I get the idea, the signal is clear, the strategy less so That’s what makes this interesting. Curious how this plays out.
To be fair, the direction makes sense but the details are messy Interested to see the follow-up.
Trying to be fair, this depends heavily on what happens next which is why this is getting picked apart Time will tell. That’s just my read on it.
there’s a lot said here but not much clarified which is why this is getting picked apart This probably isn’t the last word on it. Others will probably see it differently.

the timing matters more than people admit and that’s why opinions are all over the place Not convinced this is settled yet.

From a neutral view, this feels more about execution than intent That part stands out. This probably isn’t the last word on it.
Bluntly speaking, this depends heavily on what happens next so the response doesn’t surprise me That part stands out. Not convinced this is settled yet.
Not gonna lie, the timing matters more than people admit which is why the comments look the way they do Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
Without overthinking it, this reads stronger on paper than in practice That’s what changes the context. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.

the framing does a lot of heavy lifting here so the response doesn’t surprise me That part stands out. This probably isn’t the last word on it.
