What's the point of having the crosspost feature if you can never use it?
I see so many subreddits that don't allow any sort of cross posting or "self-promoting" or "advertising." Which, I could understand if it was just links outside of Reddit, but if you're someone who's started a community, especially a very niche one, how are you supposed to ever share it or talk about it, if nowhere will even let you do it?
