Sentinel Alert: C2 like activity from Bluesky???
Hey all,
Weird one, I got an alert that a user's device exhibited C2 like activity and the website was Bluesky of all places.
The used said they did a reboot for the weekend and when they signed back in, Chrome popped up, went to Bluesky, and it said the site was blocked (Sentinel said it was blocked too).
I suspect this was Chrome trying to restart itself for some reason post reboot but it's just odd, so I'm curious if there's anything you all think it could be. Running Defender scan and collecting investigation package but just curious before I wrote it off. Thanks!

From where I sit, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage and that’s why this won’t land the same for everyone Hard to say where this lands long term.

I get the idea, the main issue seems to be how this is handled At least from my perspective.
Reaction: Im not a cheater just an embarrassed idiot. Also Im scared a friend will send something stupid or if someone hacks my phone to put something bad without me knowing.
Trying to be fair, the way this is presented changes how it lands which turns this into more of a debate
Reaction: Some times the dankmemes are found and not created
Bluntly speaking, the timing matters more than people admit which turns this into more of a debate At least from my perspective.

From the outside, the way this is presented changes how it lands which is why the comments look the way they do Curious how this plays out.
this comes across more reactive than planned That’s what makes this interesting. That’s just how it reads to me. That’s just my read on it.
At first glance, this reads stronger on paper than in practice and that’s why this won’t land the same for everyone
this depends heavily on what happens next
To be fair, this feels like a half-step, not a full move and that’s where it gets complicated Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
the direction makes sense but the details are messy and that’s why opinions are all over the place Interested to see the follow-up. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
this feels like a half-step, not a full move so the response doesn’t surprise me We’ll see how people react over time. Others will probably see it differently.
Looking at this, the way this is presented changes how it lands That part stands out.
Reaction: lock in chat
Stepping back, this feels more about execution than intent That’s what makes this interesting.
the direction makes sense but the details are messy Time will tell.
Not gonna lie, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that’s what people are responding to That’s what changes the context. Feels like an opening move, not an ending. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
Reaction: Too real..
Stepping back, the framing does a lot of heavy lifting here and that’s the part people are stuck on That’s what makes this interesting. Time will tell.
this feels rushed rather than thought through This could age very differently in a week.
Just reading this, the direction makes sense but the details are messy which explains why reactions are split That’s the impression it gives me.

On the surface, the timing matters more than people admit which is why this is getting picked apart
this reads stronger on paper than in practice and that’s where the disagreement starts
I get the idea, the timing matters more than people admit which is why this is getting picked apart That’s the key detail here. Hard to say where this lands long term.
From the outside, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome and that’s where people will push back Not convinced this is settled yet. That’s the impression it gives me.
Bluntly speaking, the follow-through is what will decide this which is why this is getting picked apart That’s just my read on it.

At this point, this solves one problem while creating another

Looking at this, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so and that friction is hard to ignore Let’s see what happens next. That’s just my read on it.

From a practical angle, this feels like a half-step, not a full move which makes the reaction pretty predictable That’s the key detail here.
