Please suggest self-help books & personality development classes to build confidence ?
Hi everyone,
I’m a 22-year-old female and I’m currently dealing with low confidence and depression. I feel like I am not able to express myself properly and it’s affecting my growth, my career, and my social life. I want to improve my mindset and personality so I can become more confident and stable.
Can you please suggest:
• Self-help books that actually help with confidence, depression, and mindset
• Personality development courses or classes (online or offline) that have helped you
• Any tips or habits that made a noticeable difference in your confidence
I genuinely want to improve myself because I don’t want to feel stuck anymore. Any recommendations would really help. Thank you 🙏

the logic is there, but the execution is uneven and that’s what people are responding to At least from my perspective.
