Is it normal to not miss people?
I've had a good and loving childhood. I love my family. But I don't miss them at all when I don't see them for a long time. I don't even really think about them.
Same goes for essentially all my friends, except a very select few. But even when I miss one of those three, I don't continuously.
Same for partners when I used to date. Tbf, I'm aro. When I move to new areas, I usually lose contact with my friends, and am fine with it. And when pets die, I am sad and hollow, but only shortly.
Otherwise, I do genuinly care a lot about these people. And I have more healthy relationships than ever, due to maturing, but I still feel about the same.
Is this a me issue, or is this a general experience?
