I wish I understood emotions earlier in life

For a long time, I thought thinking harder would fix everything.
It didn’t.
Most mistakes I made weren’t because I lacked logic —
they happened because I didn’t understand what I was feeling in the moment.
Once I started paying attention to emotions instead of fighting them,
my reactions changed.
My choices improved.
Some patterns finally made sense.
This isn’t advice.
Just something I wish I had learned earlier.

Bluntly speaking, the main issue seems to be how this is handled and that’s why opinions are all over the place This could age very differently in a week.
