i staved myself for a year im terrified if it will stop my growth
im 13m turning 14 in 6 months previously i have skipped meals mainly due to me going though depression and i had doubts of my body image. im currently 156cm-157cm tall who is one of the shortest in our grade. im back to eating healthy and a lot but i don't know if its going to do any good i might have cut off my growth potential because of my stupidity.
