Alberto Calvo

I'm autistic & only let ppl interact with me for 1 hour max

Right now I'm back to uni. Even though I'm surrounded by people all day it doesn't necessarily mean I talk to them thank god. I go through great lengths just to avoid socialising. I carry a timer in my pocket. And honestly? No regrets. Of course I know in the workplace, it's more complicated. I've worked jobs before uni and it felt like dodging bullets. There's literally studies done saying allisitic people become hostile to neurodivergents. I've found this to be kinda true. So I just decided to treat interactions like a ticking time bomb. Then excuse myself. I don't want friends. I don't want a partner. I want everyone to stay temporary and distant.

Trying to be fair, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage which turns this into more of a debate That’s just how it reads to me.

On the surface, this feels rushed rather than thought through and that’s where people will push back We’ll see how people react over time. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.

To be fair, this feels rushed rather than thought through and that’s where the disagreement starts That part stands out. This could age very differently in a week. That’s just my read on it.
