I don’t talk about this in real life
I usually tell everyone I’m okay.
It’s easier than explaining that I’m not.
I’m tired of being the “strong one”.
Tired of holding everything in.
Tired of pretending things don’t hurt.
I just needed somewhere to say this without having to explain myself.

I completely relate to that feeling. There’s so much pressure to always appear strong, but carrying that burden can be exhausting. It’s okay to be vulnerable and admit that you’re not okay—there’s strength in that honesty. You’re not alone in this struggle.
