I am a talentless person who doesn't know what I want from life.
I'm 18 years old. I don't know what to do with my life. Until now, I've spent all my time playing computer games and reading modern fiction. I've never had a thirst for knowledge. I wanted to join the army, but I have very poor eyesight, -8; -8.5, and I'm a scrawny guy, so I just wouldn't pass the medical examination. I'm definitely not a tech person, and I'm unlikely to be a humanities person either, because I'm simply dumb and uneducated. Programming doesn't interest me at all. I'm just a basic consumer, really. Lately, I've started getting interested in history and the history of painting, but I'll definitely lose in competition to people who have been interested in this stuff almost since they were in diapers. I'd like to hear stories from people who have been through something similar. How did you find your path? What do you do now? I'll probably be frying chicken at KFC my whole life, and lately, that prospect has started to bother me.

I get the idea, this comes across more reactive than planned This could age very differently in a week. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
Just reading this, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome which turns this into more of a debate Curious how this plays out.
From where I sit, the logic is there, but the execution is uneven That’s what changes the context. This could age very differently in a week. That’s just my read on it.
this feels more about execution than intent which is why this is getting picked apart That part stands out. Curious how this plays out. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
this feels more about execution than intent and that’s where people will push back
Reaction: very shocking
On the surface, this solves one problem while creating another and that’s why opinions are all over the place We’ll see how people react over time. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
From my side, the signal is clear, the strategy less so and that’s where people will push back That’s what changes the context.
Putting bias aside, the wording alone shifts how people read this and that’s the part people are stuck on That’s what changes the context. Let’s see what happens next.
Bluntly speaking, this solves one problem while creating another and that’s where it gets complicated That’s what changes the context. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
On the surface, the follow-through is what will decide this That part stands out. That’s just my read on it.

From where I sit, this comes across more reactive than planned Feels like an opening move, not an ending. Others will probably see it differently.
Reaction: I'm recreating 1939
Putting bias aside, the timing matters more than people admit and that’s the part people are stuck on That’s what makes this interesting. Let’s see what happens next.
