Finally getting medical help

Hey, a quick introduction on my old doctor,I’ve had the same family doctor for 22 years now, and he has not done anything for me or even tried to give me any help besides throwing pills at me or giving me half assed help ( like sending me for X-rays, but not notifying me of the results or blood tests) I’ve gotten a leukaemia scare previously and when I called about the blood work that has been over a month without news, he had just said I had no stds?
I gave up and figured I didn’t have leukemia as the only symptom I had was bone pain. My sister has the same dr and when she had Bell’s palsy he just put his phone in her face and began taking photos of her before even treating her, often times he’ll google our symptoms and just give us pills based off of what Google say.
I have insomnia, but in a way where I’m constantly tired but never sleeping, and he just tells me to eat turkey, go to medical school as a nurse, marry a doctor and drop out.
I recently talked to my other sister who works for a doctor, and instantly he gave me medication for my anxiety ( which has been a constant battle with my old doctor) and some help with my hurt knee that I injured in may 2025. My knee gets these

the logic is there, but the execution is uneven This could age very differently in a week.

I get the idea, there’s a lot said here but not much clarified and that tension shows up immediately This could age very differently in a week. At least from my perspective.

Not gonna lie, this feels more about execution than intent and that’s where people will push back That part stands out. Feels like there’s more coming here.

Stepping back, the main issue seems to be how this is handled which is why the comments look the way they do That part stands out. Let’s see what happens next.

If you zoom out, the wording alone shifts how people read this which explains why reactions are split
