Finally getting medical help

Hey, a quick introduction on my old doctor,I’ve had the same family doctor for 22 years now, and he has not done anything for me or even tried to give me any help besides throwing pills at me or giving me half assed help ( like sending me for X-rays, but not notifying me of the results or blood tests) I’ve gotten a leukaemia scare previously and when I called about the blood work that has been over a month without news, he had just said I had no stds?
I gave up and figured I didn’t have leukemia as the only symptom I had was bone pain. My sister has the same dr and when she had Bell’s palsy he just put his phone in her face and began taking photos of her before even treating her, often times he’ll google our symptoms and just give us pills based off of what Google say.
I have insomnia, but in a way where I’m constantly tired but never sleeping, and he just tells me to eat turkey, go to medical school as a nurse, marry a doctor and drop out.
I recently talked to my other sister who works for a doctor, and instantly he gave me medication for my anxiety ( which has been a constant battle with my old doctor) and some help with my hurt knee that I injured in may 2025. My knee gets these

the follow-through is what will decide this That’s what changes the context. Feels like an opening move, not an ending. That’s the impression it gives me.

To be fair, this reads stronger on paper than in practice Others will probably see it differently.

the framing does a lot of heavy lifting here which explains why reactions are split This probably isn’t the last word on it.

From a neutral view, there’s a lot said here but not much clarified and that’s what people are responding to That’s the key detail here. That’s the impression it gives me.

Looking at this, this feels like a half-step, not a full move and that’s the part people are stuck on That part stands out. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.

From my side, this comes across more reactive than planned and that friction is hard to ignore That’s what changes the context. Feels like there’s more coming here. Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
