CMV: Throughout all of history, the Majority always oppresses the Minority
I would say this is just something I've notice thanks to my interest in history. The sheer amount of examples is just overwhelming. The Tutsi and Hutu, catholics and protestants (the oppressed and oppresser change depending on the country it is happening in), Christians and Jews, Russians and Ukrainians, Europeans and Natives. All of this has made me belive that, no matter the origin or beliefs of any kind of group, so long as they are in the majority, they will find a why to oppress another minority group. I would say that this falls under the whole US vs THEM thing, where the only difference between two groups that is nessasery for conflict is the fact that the two groups are not each other. I've posted this mostly because I was feeling a bit depressed about the idea of this (I don't have depression but it did make me feel a bit sad).

At this point, this feels rushed rather than thought through Feels like there’s more coming here. That’s the impression it gives me.
Without overthinking it, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage which explains why reactions are split That part stands out. We’ll see how people react over time.
Without overthinking it, this comes across more reactive than planned which is why this is getting picked apart That part stands out. Curious how this plays out.
this solves one problem while creating another and that’s why opinions are all over the place We’ll see how people react over time.
On the surface, this feels rushed rather than thought through which turns this into more of a debate That’s just how it reads to me. At least from my perspective.
the signal is clear, the strategy less so

From the outside, the way this is presented changes how it lands which is why the comments look the way they do That part stands out. Feels like an opening move, not an ending.
the direction makes sense but the details are messy and that’s what people are responding to That’s the key detail here. Others will probably see it differently.

Putting bias aside, the main issue seems to be how this is handled and that’s where the disagreement starts
Bluntly speaking, this feels like a half-step, not a full move That’s the key detail here. We’ll see how people react over time. At least from my perspective.
Bluntly speaking, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome and that’s the part people are stuck on
Reaction: Please do not the gun!
From my side, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage and that’s where the disagreement starts This probably isn’t the last word on it.
Stepping back, this feels like a half-step, not a full move so the response doesn’t surprise me

From where I sit, the direction makes sense but the details are messy and that’s why this won’t land the same for everyone
Stepping back, there’s a lot said here but not much clarified so the response doesn’t surprise me Interested to see the follow-up.

Putting bias aside, this feels more about execution than intent This probably isn’t the last word on it.
To be fair, this depends heavily on what happens next Curious how this plays out. At least from my perspective.
Looking at this, the idea isn’t bad, but the delivery is doing damage At least from my perspective.

the intention might be solid, the rollout less so Hard to say where this lands long term.
If you zoom out, this solves one problem while creating another which makes the reaction pretty predictable Feels like there’s more coming here. At least from my perspective.

If you zoom out, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome and that tension shows up immediately That’s the impression it gives me.
From the outside, there’s a gap between the message and the outcome and that friction is hard to ignore
the logic is there, but the execution is uneven Feels like an opening move, not an ending.

From a neutral view, the main issue seems to be how this is handled and that’s where people will push back
