To be honest about my bias, I want to preface this by saying that I'm not really a fan of what ICE is doing in general. But I don't really think that's relevant. I will try to separate my personal views from this as much as possible.
I think it is dumb to drive near a cop (or anyone with gun) like that, even if the ICE agent was mostly at fault. If a cop is giving you orders, it is stupid not to listen to them.
I also think that the ICE agent didn't need to shoot her. He could've just tried stepping out of the way, especially since it looked like she was trying to leave. I think that both of them could have prevented what happened that day.
