CMV: Income tax should be Illegal.

CMV: Income tax should Be illegal.
I don't think Income Tax in today's day and age is reasonable or fair to the working class citizens. I think income Tax shouldn't exist. If its an absolute necessity that the stability of the country relies on it then it should be decreased immensely. I don't think it benefits anyone at all. I can't control what the government deems the amount to be taken out of my check is. Aside from the fact that if I work overtime a majority of it the government takes anyways. So in my view as an able bodied working citizen I see no benefit to me or any kind of fairness.
My solution:
- increase taxes on goods
My thought process:
- I can control what I spend.
- I can't control what uncle Sam takes out of my check.
Please Express if you agree or disagree
I genuinely want to observe the disagreeing opinion and genuinely want to see it from the disagreeings perspective.
Im am open minded no aggression please im just curious.
(Note: i am not demo or repub) please disregard any presidential bias.

Honestly, the intention might be solid, the rollout less so which is why this is getting picked apart That part stands out.

Putting bias aside, the way this is presented changes how it lands and that tension shows up immediately Could be wrong, but that’s how it comes across.
