CMV: I disagree with the characterization of chipolte and similar restaurants as "slop bowls"
[Background information here](https://i.imgur.com/o8gyfbj.png)
1. The food in these restaurants is typically healthy, or at least more healthy than comparable fast food
2. The food is usually made from quality, whole ingredients. Rather than preserved ingredients, emulsified ingredients, or heavily processed ingredients
3. When we look at these restaurants, we should compare them to similar fast food chains. They should not be compared to higher tier dining, nor home cooking
4. When compared to similar restaurants, we see that restaurants like chipolte or cava typically serve food of better quality, which should mean that they are not 'slop' for their category

From my side, the direction makes sense but the details are messy This probably isn’t the last word on it. That’s just my read on it.

this reads stronger on paper than in practice and that’s the part people are stuck on That’s what changes the context. Feels like there’s more coming here. That’s the impression it gives me.
